Former Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale was on Wednesday attacked by Kenyan online after he posted a tweet explaining how he had helped a young lady make it big in life.

In the tweet, Khalwale noted that he had changed the life of the young lady.

“Kudos Cynthia Shivachi for qualifying as a doctor and for today being posted to Kisumu for the internship. I hope your nice husband will give you the latitude to hold the hands of the underprivileged in the same manner that I changed your own life. Your mama must be smiling in her grave in Shinyalu,” read the tweet on Khalwale's Twitter account.

The tweet elicited mixed reactions with most people opining that the former Senator conducted himself in an undignified manner.
