Interior Cabinet Secretary Dr. Fred Matiang'i on Tuesday declared that NRM general Miguna Miguna was not deported citing that would it have been so then he would have signed deportation papers which he didn't.

Flanked by Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnet and Immigration Director Gordon Kihalangwa, Matiang'i said that whatever they did was in compliance with the immigration laws which exempts nobody giving examples of former US Barrack Obama, Pope Francis and President Uhuru Kenyatta who ensured their passports were stamped at the airport contrary to Miguna's case.
