Dr Matiang'i and Inspector General of police Joseph Boinnet were ordered to appear in court in person regarding the controversial return of lawyer Miguna Miguna

Justice George Odunga had ordered the two to appear in court by Wednesday afternoon last week, an order that fell into 'deaf ears'. None of the two government officers appeared in court until today

"I have not been served with any court order. I am not aware there have been attempts to serve me, or any of these officers, with court orders," said Dr. Matiang'i

The denial by CS Matiang'i attracted mixed reactions from Kenyans. These are some of the reactions:

scion: That's a response from a grown-up man, who gets paid from my taxes every month? What idiosyncrasies is this?
