Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua at a past function [Photo/sde.co.ke)Kenyans on Twitter (KOT) have elicited mixed reactions after Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua revealed that he tarmacked a 21-kilometer road in 3 ½ hours. According to a section of netizens, Mutua’s idea does not add. The side opposing the idea believe that the county boss is using the project for his political gain. The second term governor took to social media and posted:A section of critics on social media, however, questioned the quality of the road the county boss constructed in the region.They claimed that there are chances that the road was not tarmacked properly as stipulated at the international standards. Here are some of the reaction from social media.Mpingo Mweusi stated; “Inspect by knowing how many inches are the stones deeper before you apply the lami otherwise kukinyesha utajua maendeleo chap chap which could mean corruption inside it.”Steve Ngugi wrote, “Are u serious Mhesh? Do you mean laying bitumen building as in digging, graveling…John Kyalo wrote; “That's good work. But my problem is the kind of tarmac i can see on the photos. You need more Bitumen mixed to ensure everything is strong.”
