Moments after a video clip of Kandara MP Alice Wahome harassing an IEBC official emerged, a section of Kenyans took to social media to demand her arrest.

Wahome who acted as President Uhuru Kenyatta's chief agent at Ng’araria Girls Secondary School, which was the constituency tallying centre for Murang'a county, demanded that her input be put in form 34B before it was taken to the national tallying centre.

The constituency's Returning Officer Martin Malonza however refused to let her append her signature on the form as he had already finished filling it and even given a reason why Wahome failed to sign.

Online users condemned the incident and under the #ArrestAliceWahome, called on the relevant authorities to take action against her.
