One of the Kenyan well celebrated media personnel, Larry Madowo, on Saturday 10/03/2018, took on Twitter  to inform his followers about his ailments.

Larry had fallen from a bike while cycling. The post did not indicate whether he was cycling in a gym or it was a form of transport. 

"Check out my hot new arm accessory after a trip to the ER for a bad fall while recycling. I'll be rocking this baby everywhere" tweeted Larry Madowo

A number of Kenyans reacted with mixed reactions.Others wished him a quick recovery while others said falling from a bike is something they are used to.
