Moments after the Appellate court ruled that the presidential results to be declared at the constituency level by the returning officer, Kenyans took to social media to express their reactions on the ruling.

Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) had challenged a ruling by the High Court on the matter and wanted the presidential results to be declared at the national level by its chair, Wafula Chebukati.
