The standoff between lawyer Miguna Miguna and the Immigration officials continues at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
Miguna has refused to sign papers meant to regularize his Kenyan citizenship on the grounds that he is a Kenyan Citizenship by birth.
On Tuesday evening, the court ordered the government to release Miguna with immediate effect.
The Nairobi court also asked the government to present Miguna in court on Wednesday morning.
