The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission chairman Wafula Chebukati is a man 'under siege' after receiving countless attacks from politicians in the Jubilee and NASA divide not to forget individual Kenyans who subscribe to the two political outfits.
Since the September 1, ruling that declared the August 8 election null and void, Chebukati has had to deal with all the tantrums thrown his way mainly on the honesty of his commissioners in giving Kenyans free, fair, and credible elections.
The latest hit on Chebukati came in just a day after the Supreme Court ruled not in his favor on the matter regarding the editing of the forms 34B once they are availed to him at the national tallying center in his capacity and the national returning officer.
On Wednesday morning, Chebukati witnessed the resignation of one of his commissioners Roselyn Akombe, a move that later led him to address a press conference on his stand as the chairman.
However, Kenyans were quick to react on Chebukati's address a few minutes later. Below are some of the tweets.
