Nairobi lawyer Steve Mogaka has urged Kenyans to elect leaders who fear God and can be trusted in delivering promises made ahead of the next general election.
According to the lawyer, politicians who are going to vie for various elective posts in 2017 should be scrutinized character wise.
“We can’t move this country forward if we continue electing leaders who give false pledges let every Kenyan do his or her investigation over a politician before you give a vote,” said Mogaka.
He was addressing faithfuls at New Life Christian Center in West Mugirango on Sunday during a service.
Mogaka said the country needs good leaders who can foster development.
“We need our country to change in development and to attain that we need to elect leaders who fear God by pledging and fulfilling promises,” said Steve Mogaka
He also called all Christians to pray for this nation and for the current leaders to avoid chaos
