Uasin Gishu Administration Police (AP) commander Daniel Rukunga has urged Kenyans to help those in need during this Christmas season.

He said we should not be selfish and instead help the less fortunate in the country.

“As AP we decided to visit Jesus Love Ministries Children Home to celebrate with them this Christmas  and we have brought them some foodstuffs, clothing’s among others,” he said during their visit at Jesus Love Ministries Children Home, Saturday

“Christmas is a time to extend a helping hand to the less fortunate. I ask people to give what they have however small it is to bring joy and happiness to the less privileged during this festive season,” he added.

The children home proprietor Bishop Wilson thanked them for their noble since they are helping children’s who are orphans while others were street children.

“I want to thank the AP commander for helping us since it is the first time the police has visited us, May the Lord bless you since you have saved a life. Kenyans let’s not celebrate alone we should remember our brothers and sister who cannot even afford a meal,” noted Kurui.

 “The old, orphans, vulnerable children, the disabled and other destitute people need us. I ask people to give what they have however small it is to bring joy and happiness to the less privileged during this festive season,” he added.
