Our judiciary has proved to us, over and over again that it is a failed system and we should stop trusting it.
Why can't we kenyans learn and opt for another way of punishing corrupt leaders!
We have heard and read about corrupt 'big fishes' in the government stealing head-swelling amounts of money but even after being taken to court with evidence they are never prosecuted!
In Kenya, corrupt 'big fishes' can not and will never be arrested. Which 'big fish' has the judiciary ever arrested?
Whenever a corruption scandal erupts, we the 'small fishes' are the first to make a lot of noise and demand that those vindicated be taken to court for prosecution.
Do we expect to get justice when the person who raped us is the one to preside over our rape case?
Let us ignore our judicial system and look for a workable means to punish these corrupt individuals who are using power to evade justice.
