Controversial political analyst Mutahi Ngunyi has said Kenya is ripe for a woman president.
Mutahi said basing on Kenya's history where political dynasties will continue to rule, there is a likelihood that the woman President will come from Luo Nyanza.
"Take this to the bank," he said.
"The first Luo President of this republic will be a woman and that woman is most probably be a woman from the Odinga family."
Rosemary Odinga, ODM party leader Raila Odinga's daughter is joining politics and is expected to contest for the Kibra parliamentary seat.
He made the remark while responding to questions fielded by youth from the Third Republic', a group of young African intellectuals.
