President Uhuru Kenyatta on Tuesday nominated more members to his cabinet, weeks after unveiling part of his second second cabinet.
Uhuru appointed Eng. John Mosonik as the Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) for Petroleum and Mining; Sports CAS - Hassan Noor Hassan; and CAS Environment - Mohammed Ibrahim Elmi.
For the Principal Secretary (PS) position, Uhuru nominated Harry Kimutai - PS Livestock; PS Correctional Services - Alfred Cheruiyot; PS Irrigation - Prof. Fred K. Sigor; PS ICT - Jerom Ochieng’; PS EAC - Susan Komen; and PS Mining - John Murangi Omenge.
He also nominated to the position of Ambassador, Richard Titus Ekai, Eng. John Okuna Ogango and Wilfred Kisuka Machage.
President Kenyatta also conveyed to the National Assembly for approval the names of; Justice Paul Kihara Kariuki as the nominee for the position of Attorney General; Noordin Mohamed Haji as the nominee for the position of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
