Kenyatta urged to meet NASA co-principals
Senate Majority leader Kipchumba Murkomen has urged president Uhuru Kenyatta to meet NASA co-principals Kalonzo Musyoka, Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetangula.
The Jubilee senator said this will unite if the opposition leaders to work together.
"I applaud the move by president Uhuru Kenyatta and the NASA leader Raila Odinga for accepting to work together this will bring Kenyans who badly divided due to the hotly contested presidential elections," he said during the thanks giving ceremony at St Patrick’s High school in Iten, Saturday.
"I now call upon president Uhuru Kenyatta to to accept meeting the three NASA principals after meeting the NASA leader Raila Odinga. He should give them a hearing since he doesn’t know what they will bring on the table,"added the Elgeiyo Marakwet senator.
He, however, called upon the two leaders to conduct peace campaigns across the country since they have agreed to work together.
"This will help in the healing and unifying the nation which was badly divided due to the hotly contested presidential elections and will make Kenyans come together and work s brothers and sisters. If people forgive each other and work together there will be development,” added Murkomen.
