Speaking to the club’s official site, Kerry said his players have had so many matches within a few days, and fatigue can set in.

“Comments made recently concerning certain areas of our game are understandable but you have to look at our congested fixture and match preparation. Players can be physically tired and or mentally tired,” said the tactician.

He added that: “Physically we are fit just from the way we play generally and match preparation is very important though we have very little time to work on certain elements so, in games, we become mentally tired and this leads to mistakes… mistakes that have cost us goals.”

“None of my players, my assistant, my goalkeeper coach, Team Manager, Team Doctor, security or any other member of the club staff has let me or the fans down, but sometimes things go wrong but to criticise my players – any of them, is unjust because they are trying, they are working hard and they are honest to try and win every game they can under extreme pressures,” noted Kerr

Gor will face next face Kakamega Homeboyz in Bukhungu, Kakamega in a league tie.
