Gor Mahia tactician Dylan Kerr has called upon the Kenya Premier League (KPL) and Football Kenya Federation (FKF) to market the local league saying it is disheartening seeing empty stadia yet the quality of football is great.

Speaking shortly after being crowned the September Sportpesa Premier League coach of the month, the Englishman challenged the two bodies to do all it takes and ensure that fans come to the pitch to follow matches.

"The Kenyan league is big abd should be supported more. It's quite disheartening to see 22 fans in the stadium and thousands of empty seats yet the football served is of high quality.Tge league organizers and federation should do more to market the league and bring fans to the stadium.Something must be done to rectify that", he said.

Kerr who steered K'ogallo to their 16th KPL title scooped the monthly gong organized by the Sports Journalists Association of Kenya (SJAK)after steering the Kenyan giants to five out of six wins in the month of September.
