MPs Alfred Keter and Oscar Sudi have been cleared to defend their seats in the August 8 elections.
The clearance comes despite the two leaders facing criminal charges against them.
Sudi is facing accusations of forging academic certificates during nominations for the 2013 general elections.
On his part, Keter is facing incitement charges.
Speaking on Friday, Sudi said that he was looking forward to the polls despite the charges against him.
"I have gone through a lot but God has finally spoken," he said.
"Today marks a great day for the people of Kapseret as we begin another development journey. I am very grateful for your support during the nominations and now that I have been cleared. Let us walk the same path."
He called for peaceful campaigns.
"We need politics that will make us go a step further in developments, not divisive politics. Let us maintain unity as we head to the elections."
