Former Kakamega senator Boni Khalwale has said that self-declared NRM leader Miguna Miguna’s lawyers have been misleading him.
Through a tweet posted on Wednesday, March 28 khalwale termed the lawyers as drama queens.
He wondered why Miguna could have simply presented his Canadian passport for stamping and thereafter legally pursued his Kenyan passport.
“Miguna’s lawyers are also drama queens. Otherwise, having travelled on his Canadian passport, he should’ve just produced it for stamping and there after his lawyers move to court for reinstatement of his Kenyan passport,” Khalwale said.
The vocal politician stated that it was wrong for Miguna to endure the trauma he has underwent since arriving in the country on Monday.
He added that Miguna is paying the price of not following due process.
Miguna is being represented by lawyers James Orengo, John Khaminwa, Nelson Havi and Cliff Ombetta.
