Kenyans on Twitter have roundly criticised former Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale for claiming that President Uhuru Kenyatta is favouring Kiambu County in his development priorities.
The ex-lawmaker, who lost with a landslide in his bid to become governor last year, had claimed that the president had not done any project in Kakamega and Homa Bay counties.
"You (Jubilee) take Sh63 billion to Uhuru's backyard, you take nothing to Homa Bay, you take nothing to Kakamega & then you expect the people of Kakamega & Homa Bay to recognise this government?" he said in a popular morning TV show.
