Former Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale has now extended the #Resist message to the State House, inviting President Uhuru Kenyatta to join the bandwagon.

Khalwale asked Uhuru to resist blackmail from Pevans East Africa's company Sportpesa into deceiving Kenyans.

Through a tweet to the president, the outspoken former senator told off the betting firm alleging that they raked in billions without selling any products yet they were complaining about paying taxes.

He urged Uhuru to remain firm and not play to their blackmail from the company.

"Uhuru Kenyatta must resist the blackmail by Sportpesa. These fellows rake in, in excess of Sh15 billion per annum, without as little as selling any goods or services. They must pay tax! We cannot just turn our country into a national casino!" he said.
