Ford Kenya Deputy Party Leader Boni Khalwale has demanded that Raila Odinga and President Uhuru Kenyatta should stop their actions and lead Kenyans into dialogue.
Khalwale who initially supported the swearing-in of Odinga, said he should stop the 'bravado' and lead Kenyans to the right way.
He asked Kenyatta to stop the crackdown on NASA leaders since he had the legal powers to lead the nation the right way.
"Legally, Mr Uhuru is President of Kenya but lacks legitimacy! Raila Odinga is Kenya Peoples' President but without legal authority to transact any government business. Uhuru, stop the crackdown. Raila, halt the bravado. Lead us to the National table of dialogue and brotherhood," said Khalwale on Saturday.
On Friday, he slammed the Jubilee government, following the arrest of NASA coalition's National Resistance Movement (NRM) General, Miguna Miguna.
Miguna was arrested on Friday morning after police reportedly broke into his home, breaking the house searching for him.
The arrest followed Odinga's swearing-in on January 30, which saw Miguna administer the oath.Shortly after the arrest, Khalwale demanded for the immediate release of Miguna, saying he was not the one who took the oath.
"The temporary statehouse occupants can not dare to Arrest the person who took the oath. Just side shows arresting loyal NASA diehards," said the former Kakamega Senator.
"Free Miguna Miguna now and arrest Raila and witness 10 million match to statehouse," he added.
