Unconfirmed reports indicate that the Kakamega county government will pay Congolese musician Kofi Olomide sh23 million.
Olomide is expected to perform in Kakamega during the devolution conference that kicks off on next week.
According to Khalwale, It was wrong for Oparanya to invite Olomode who was deported from the country aboutr two years ago.
"Some body pliz reassure us that what is now trending on the weblogs is false. ‘That the guy on the left paid the one on the right Ksh 23million before the Interior Department declared the molester of women persona non grata’," tweeted Khalwale.
Last the interior ministry declared that Olomide was still unwanted in the country.
He was deported after assaulting a female band member at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
