Ford Kenya deputy party leader, Boni Khalwale, has slammed Luhya leaders who are in support of President Uhuru Kenyatta's re-election.

He said the president and his Jubilee Party leadership, have been inviting the leaders to State House, to 'bribe' them, to support them.

According to him, former President Daniel Araap Moi, used to invite leaders from various communities to state House, to bribe them, saying such an agenda, was long gone and should not be emulated.

He dissociated Kenyans of the Luhya community from such, saying Luhya leaders invited to State House, to support Jubilee, goes there alone, without the residents.

"During Moi times, he used to invite Kenyans of various communities to State House, to bribe them. I want to say, this is long gone, and any Luhya leader in State House, is there alone, and not the community," said the former Kakamega senator.

He said, nobody can invite him to State House and go, unless NASA leaders send him to go speak on matters of handing-over, and taking-over, after the fresh presidential poll, on October 26.
