Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale has finally revealed why he fell out with his party boss Musalia Mudavadi.
Speaking during a breakfast radio show on KBC English service on Thursday, Khalwale accused Mudavadi of being dishonest in his 2013 presidential bid saying the Amani coalition party leader was a project set up to divide the Luhya community vote.
The outspoken Senator, however, refused to name who sponsored Mudavadi.
He advised Mudavadi who has since declared that he will make another stab at the presidency to apologise to Kenyans before he can ask for their votes, adding that that way, he would support him again.
Khalwale who was elected on the United Democratic Front ticket has since declared that he will vie for the Kakamega gubernatorial seat on a Ford Kenya ticket which is an affiliate of the opposition coalition Cord.
