Machakos deputy governor Bernard Kiala and Machakos senator Johnston Muthama Thursday condoled with family of businessman who was killed Wednesday at Kwa Mwaura in Matungulu.

Matungulu has been experiencing serious insecurity challenges which are being attributed to lack of jobs for the youth and drug abuse among many other causes.

According to the area sub-county commissioner, 7 suspects have already been arrested and detained in Oldonyo Sabuk in relation to the incident and are set to be arraigned in court once the investigations are done. 

Several leaders led by are MP Stephen Mule and Matungulu west MCA Ndawa Salome have condemned the incidence.
