Machakos county deputy governor Benard Kiala has vowed to sue governor Alfred Mutua over poor services mostly in the dispensaries.
Kiala was speaking at Makala dispensary in Katangi ward, Yatta sub-county where he visited the dispensary with several leaders from the county.
The area MCA, Felix Ngui, was also present during the visit as one resident implored that whenever they visit the dispensary seeking medical services they are told that there is no medicine and only one nurse is present, they are therefore forced to board vehicles to Wamunyu dispensary in Mwala sub-county to access the medical services.
Kiala said that he will not fear anything and is giving Mutua seven days to provide the hospital with medicines and nurses.
"I am determined to fight for my people and therefore, I have given Mutua a maximum of seven days to sort out this ugly conditions of Makala Dispensary," said Kiala.
