More than Kshs. 3 million will be used by the Kiambu county government to construct an ultra modern music studio to assist musicians in dealing with the cost of recording and production.
The Kiambu county youth officer Charity Githinji said that the county government is ready to nature talents through building a high quality music studio that will offer lower costs of producing and recording songs.
“Our County has allocated more than Kshs. 3,000,000 to build a modern music production studio where the youth will have the opportunity to record their songs at no costs,” Mrs. Githinji said.
She further urged people to appreciate the local music industry and promote the local musicians through purchasing the content they produce.
