Kiambu town has launched the Stima Series Book published by the East African Educational Publishers Limited that is meant to benefit the pupils of primary education boost their grammatical errors and articulation of words.
Led by the Sub County Member of Parliament Jude Njomo the series book which was published by Mr. Ngomeli a profound author in Kenya, the book will greatly cover the literature syllabus.
The MP has advocated parents to embrace the new book in the market and buy for their children to help improve grammatical error spoken at early age.
Njomo expressed his concerns with the reading habits of students not only in primary level but secondary as well who he said they are lazy and have no reading culture which has immensely affected the country in general.
The book which was launched at KICC Nairobi on Wednesday is said to cover both primary and secondary level and plans are underway to ensure even the tertiary level have benefited from the prolific writer Mr. Ngomeli.
Riara Primary School was the first school to benefit from the free donation of the book and thus the legislator has urged other institutions to purchase the rare book which will transform the education culture in various schools.
The law maker has called on young authors to come out and showcase their talent and he will sponsor them making their dreams come true.
He said writing skills is an inborn talent that opt to be respected since it makes a difference in the society since the book can be used in learning purposes.
