Speaking on Wednesday at Thika Town Hall after meeting his Thika West counterpart Rose Muthoni, Bundi noted that the charges were friendly while the experience at the site was memorable.

"I invite all residents of Kiambu County as well as those from other counties to come and enjoy the beautiful sceneries at Fourteen Falls in Kilimambogo this holiday. It is only Sh100 for adults and Sh50 for kids," said Bundi.

He added: "I urge more so the Kiambu County residents to be on the forefront and help us promote county tourism."

Bundi further noted that international tourists were coming all the way to the area while many locals were yet to visit the site.

"We have to appreciate and be proud of our natural heritage and that is why we charge just a little fee to ensure that everybody can afford," he said.

The tourist site which is one of the best in Kiambu County is managed by the Kiambu County government.
