Kiambu County ward administrators and revenue officers have presented the draft Finance Bill 2015/16 to their respective ward residents.
The move on Thursday is meant to prepare the residents for the planned public participation days on the bill.
The hearings are set to for June 22-26 in all sub-counties where the residents are to discuss and give their proposals on the act.
According to Witeithie Ward administrator, James Gichuru, the move is to ensure the administrators mobilise and sensitise the public on the act as previous events have been poor.
Gichuru who met the business community from Witeithie Estate in an open discussion forum also presented his Land Rover from the county government to the ward saying he will be serving the people from there before he gets an office in the area.
The vehicle will also be used by area police officers who allegedly have had no vehicle for their operations.
