Kiambu county executive for heath Mr. Johan Mwangi has revealed the plans to make Kiambu County the healthiest county in the country
Mr.Mwangi was speaking on Thursday from his office where he hailed the governors step to launch a kidney center in the county. He said that the center will serve many people both in the county and outside counties until the other counties think of taking the health of their residents as an initiative for development
Mr Mwangi said that the Kidney Research Kenya together with the University of Toledo will work together with the national government in the construction of the Sh 140 million renal centre in Ruiru town.
He said that the volunteering of Kenyatta University towards the project is one of their great achievements as the offers only come to those who have shown an interest in the public
“This Kidney Research Kenya center together with the University of Toledo will work together with the national government in the construction of the Sh 140 million renal centre in Ruiru town here in Kiambu county. The kidney center was launched on Wednesday by Kiambu governor William Kabogo and its construction will start very soon.
