Former President Mwai Kibaki has regained the control of a multi million company.

Kibaki will regain the control of Mathingira Wholesalers. The company was started in 1970s.

The Mathingira Wholesalers Company Ltd is located in Nyeri town.

The company has been at the center of a management dispute since 2008.

Kibaki and his partners had moved to court challnging the take over of the company.

They were represented by lawyers Kamu Kuria and Munyori Karanja.
