Laini Saba village is known for its entrepreneurship and innovation. It is a unique area with different ethnic groups.
In Kibra, it is the only area that voted for a female MCA whom the people elected because of her capability to transform and delivery.
The area also has vibrant soccer teams, well-exposed youth leaders and powerful women.
In the area stands AMREF Hospital and community schools with lack of government schools.
It is the only village in Kibra with a soccer field at the heart but something is amiss.
The once famous ground is slowly turning into containers warehouse, dumpsite and a bumpy LAINI SABA HILLS.
The issue has been raised on various social media platforms but still, nothing has been done.
Already heavy building rocks and waste have been dumped at the grounds on the pretense of renovation.
The place is miserable, impassable and in its worst state.
Complaints have been raised but everyone seems to continue staring at the growing hills.
Will someone help? Will the youth leaders who value soccer and other talents rise to the occasion?
Will our MCA pick up the matter and work things out?
Someone must speak out for the people of Laini Saba.
