They are, however, still firm when it comes to law enforcement.

During public functions, they are welcomed to perform and youth value their performance than of any other artist in the slums.

On Saturday, some officers moved Kibera residents with their outstanding performance at Kamukunji grounds leaving audience yearning for more.

Going by their artistic names, the duo used the platform and art to advocate for peace.

They did different varieties of music from bongo, chakacha and hip hop.

The event was organized by Amani Kibera Foundation, Octopizzo Foundation, National Cohesion and Integration Commission and Marie Stopes Kenya.

Hundreds of residents attended the event.

Octopizzo moved the audience with his hits that have been well received by the media locally and internationally.

Police called on the youth to report any form of crime witnessed in the slums.

They said its high time Kibera gets embraced as the most peaceful place in Kenya.

They also said youth should avoid drugs and peer pressure since the two cause force youth to venture in crimecaption
