Following the assault towards a police woman where Alistair Patrick is to face the law
In a video clip that has been circulating all social media sites, the pilot is heard hauling insults and assaulting the police woman. The clip shows the policewoman remaining calm as the incident occurred.
Kibera residents who watched the clip on social media have termed the incident as racism and the pilot should be charged in court and even deported immediately.
Speaking today morning at Laini Saba area in Kibera, Justine Ondere said that it is a shame just in front of the crowd.
"From what I saw in the clip I do not like the act. The man who calls himself a pilot should be prisoned for the act he did," said Ondere.
"I never liked the harassment before the public a policewoman was showed by the the white man. If this still exists in Kenya then I do not agree whether this is still my country,’’ said Evelyn Mwende, a resident in Kibera.
She added that women also have a position to hold in the society and they should not be harassed.
"Some people think that being a pilot or drivers to a leader makes you above the law. It is my hope that the pilot is going to serve as an example to the rest who still do the same but have never been caught right handed," said Mwende.
The pilot was arrested and was detained at Kilimani Police Station, Nairobi and later he was taken to Nyandarua where he committed the crime last weekend to face judges in court.
