Speaking on Sunday, the county boss said that the Jubilee administration left all the projects that were started by the past regimes because it does not have good plans for the people of this part of the nation as we head to the polls.

The lawmaker cited Thwake Dam and Konza City among the mega projects that have stalled since the Jubilee leadership took over power following the last general elections.

The county boss also said that the current government lack of commitment to complete the projects in question is a form of punishment to the people for not voting for them during the previous general elections.

The Konza City project was valued at Sh588 billion, but it is yet to be complete. The project was commissioned by the former President Mwai Kibaki towards the end of his second term in office.

The City was aimed at creating an ICT hub that would have changed the lives of the residents upon completion. The county boss is defending his post in the August polls.
