Former Nairobi governor Evans Kidero has moved back to court seeking to be enjoined in a petition that challenges the election of Nairobi governor Mike Sonko.
The case will be heard on 13th of November.
In his petition to be enjoined, the former governor argued that Sonko did not win fairly during the August 8 elections since some of the election results declaration forms had several anomalies and lacked poll station tallies while some did not have security features.
In response, High Court Judge Mbogoli Msagha requested that all the parties of the case file their responses and make all their submissions on time.
