The duo were spotted sitting together Friday afternoon during the Saba Saba day (7th July) celebrations held by the Evangelical Alliance of Kenya (EAK) at the Uhuru Park.Kidero said the late Nkaissery was exuberant and high spirits during the prayer meeting and nothing seemed amiss in him."He was exuberant and in high spirits.There was certainly nothing amiss in him.Perhaps that was his nature," he told KTN News.The county boss talked of a CS who seemed to defy age even as he went about in his early morning training which he held alongside his wife, Hellen Nkaissery."I would occasionally joke with him if by any chance age was catching up with him but he said he was as fit as a fiddle," Kidero said.The 67-year-old Nkaissery died shortly after being taken ill at the Karen Hospital early Saturday.
