[Photo: Larry Madowo]Photos doing rounds on social media about Nairobi's City Hall, since Friday, have elicited mixed reactions.The photos show people carrying stuffs out of the Nairobi City County headquarters, to some two packed 'expensive' vehicles, that were packed outside the building, along City Hall Way.It is not yet clear who was vacating or moving out of City Hall, but some social media users were quick to say it was outgoing governor Dr Evans Kidero.Kidero was trounced by outgoing Nairobi senator Mike Sonko, in the August 8 polls.
