Speaking on a local TV show on Monday, the MP said that the governor has been unfairly criticized by his opponents insisting he has done enough to warrant another term in office.

"We will challenge President Uhuru Kenyatta to tell us what he has done to the people of Nairobi," he said

"We have the governor, who has really tried to do much to change the lives of the people of Nairobi. There are critics saying the governor has done nothing but really he has tried," he added.

Arati also remained confident that Nairobi was an opposition strong hold and the yet to be crafted National Super Alliance would carry the day in the nation's capital.

"NASA is going to have the Nairobi seat. Nairobi still remains an opposition stronghold. Jubilee believe they are going to unite and have a candidate against Kidero but they will still lose to him," he said.
