Kamara ward MCA in Nakuru Joseph Ngware has come out forcefully and accused the county assembly speaker Susan Kihika for sabotaging development records by Governor Kinuthia Mbugua as majority of MCAs vow not to pass the 2016/2017 budget.

Speaking at Koige primary school, Kuresoi North sub-county Ngware accused the speaker of sabotaging the governor saying she has failed to reorganize the assembly.

The talks comes after a majority of MCAs in Nakuru county assembly vowed not to pass the 2016/2017 budget following failure by Nakuru County Governor Kinuthia Mbugua to effect the sacking of employees accused of hatching staff employing scandal.

Majority of MCAs in the county assembly voted for the motion directing the governor to act.
