One of the most infamous black spot being Salgaa stretch which has claimed several lives and leaving others nursing serious injures.
According to Kihika, the salgaa black spot needs immediate, proactive and long term solution.
Nakuru senator took to his Facebook account to ask for suggestions from the members of the public for suggestions and ideas regarding the numerous fatal accidents.
"Nakuru County has had the infamous record of leading fatal road accidents due to the numerous Salgaa black spot accidents. The Salgaa accident black spot needs an immediate, proactive and long term solution.
"Whatever it will take, redesigning of the road to include a dual carriage way, more signage on the highway, strict speed and drivers monitoring, creation of bypasses for cargo trucks, prayers, punitive action of individual and company through deregistration for causing accidents has to be done,"Kihika said
She also sent her condolences to the family of popular Kalenjin musician, Mr. Kenene International, who perished with his five team members over the weekend.
