Nakuru County Speaker Susan Kihika has vowed to continue supporting women and the less fortunate in the society.

Speaking over the weekend at Heshima in Kiamaina ward , Mrs Kihika pledged to work closely with the vulnerable members of the community.

"I'm going to support the youth. I'm going to support women. I'm going to support the poor.I will empower you before and after am elected, leadership is not for the faint hearted but passionate," she said

Kihika has affirmed that she believes she is the best and strong candidate so far and nothing will hinder her from vying the position.

"The whole county can see my work at the assembly and I believe they will entrust me with the county overshadow oversight  role " she has said.
