Poll losers in Kilifi have vowed to challenge their rivals’ win in court.Led by former Kilifi South MP Mustafa Idd, the politicians who are allied to the Jubilee party said they would seek legal redress in court over what they termed as illegal victories by those who were declared winners."We have decided to move to the courts in a bid to have the results of the August 8 polls revisited and audited. We have evidence that irregularities and illegalities took place thus denying the residents of Kilifi a chance to have their preferred candidates represent them in various elective positions,” said Idd on Thursday.Raila Odinga’s ODM Party won big in Kilifi in the August 8 elections, after sweeping all elective seats in the county. Some of the notable victims of the ODM wave that swept the county include Mr Iddi, and former gubernatorial candidate Gideon Mung’aro of Jubilee who lost to Governor Amason Kingi.
