Former Machakos Mayor Timothy Kilonzo has that Machakos Governor Dr Alfred Mutua is the right man to lead this nation in 2022.
The lawmaker argues that Former vice President Stephen Kalonzo no longer controls the Ukambani region, adding that time has come for the community to annoint another person to lead them to the Promised Land.
“We as a community are tired of occupying position two in the leadership pecking order in previous governments. Mutua is our best bet for the presidency come 2022,” said Kilonzo as quoted by Capital FM.
On his part, Mwala MP Vincent Musyoka has said that the Wiper Party under the leadership of Former Vice President Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka is destined to collapsed, adding that it is rotten.
The lawmaker compared to political outfit to a fish that has started rotting from the head, arguing that the movement is losing its influence in the Ukambani region.
“A fish starts rotting from the head. Wiper leadership is rotten and that’s why it cannot get aspirants in many parts of Ukambani. Its leaders cannot even agree on whom to run for the seat of the governor in some counties,“ said Musyoka.
