The graft case against Kipipiri MP Amos Kimunya and two others has been pushed to November 28, 2017,  the Anti-Corruption Court said on Monday.

The Sh60 million graft case was to be heard at Milimani court by magistrate Felix Kombo but it could not proceed because some of the defense lawyers were committed elsewhere.

Former Finance minister Kimunya, Lilian Njenga, a director of Land Adjudication and Settlement, and Jughae Wainaina, chairman of Midlands Ltd are accused of abuse of office. They are accused of fraudulently disposing of 25 acres worth Sh60 million.
