Mr Kindiki slamed the opposition chief saying that any ceremony the NASA coalition will conduct is unconstitutional following President Uhuru Kenyatta's inauguration. He said that since the chief Justice David Maraga had witnessed Uhuru's swearing in at Kasarani on Tuesday, Raila's ceremony will amount to nothing."I don’t think the chief justice will entertain any other ceremony other than swearing in of fifth president which will be done in 2022," Kindiki said.He added that the opposition outfit, NASA, should be planning on engaging the government instead of putting their mind on an illegal event."I do not think somebody the former prime minister's stature can engage in a treasonable offence. I will be very surprised,"he said."Raila has been in politics for a very long time. He is one person who campaign hard for new constitution he will end up very badly if he violates the same,"he added. The jubilee senator was speaking this on Saturday when he attended a funeral I'm South Imenti constituency.NASA leaders have since vowed to swear in their leader but details of the controversial event still in secrecy.
