The County government of Kilifi has invested heavily in development projects since 2013.
This is according to governor Amason Kingi.
He said the projects have been spread across the Sub-county, touching all sectors of development and have consequently impacted positively on the lives of the people of Kilifi South.
Speaking when he toured Chasimba, Mwarakaya and Junju wards, Kilifi South Sub-county, Kingi said his government takes pride in having constructed the first ever state-of-the-art Amphitheater hall in Chasimba "which will go a long way in nurturing our young people's talents and act as a source of income."
"We have also given Mtwapa town a face-lift by upgrading the road networks to bitumen standards to ensure our people have quick and reliable access to essential services," said Kingi, Friday.
He further indicated that he was committed to work and move forward with the people of Kilifi County and continue building on the foundation laid down by his administration since he took over in 2013.
