Mombasa Deputy Governor Dr William Kingi, is safe and sound.
This followed a grisly road accident on Wednesday night as he was on his way to Naivasha for a deputy governors' caucus meeting in company of other five colleagues.
"The 5 of us got out of that wreckage with minor bruises. I thank the Almighty God for his protection," Kingi said.
On Thursday, he was present at the meeting and even engaged other deputy governors and posed for photos.
"Safe and sound at the Deputy Governors' caucus meeting in Naivasha," he posted on Thursday evening.
Kingi escaped death by a whisker after the car they were travelling in rolled upside down.
